The graft has obviously come off. An ulcer is living there in the surgery area. My doctor biopsied it Tuesday and it came back negative for Cancer.
Since the biopsy I am in a tremendous amount of pain. The doctor prescribed the 5 -500 vicadins. The pain is so bad that I just called the doctor on call and asked if I could drive 2 hours to see him for real pain relief. Last night they upped the vicaden to 7.5 - 500. No help.
I have taken 2 30mg morphine, 2 7.5 vicaden, 2 percosets trying to get ahead of the pain and nothing is working.
My jaw is swollen around the area and the gum looks like dark red bruise spots are on it leading to the surgical pit in my mouth. The doc from last nights call said the ulcer is non- infectious.
All I know is that saturday I was barely taking pain meds and now I am counnting the clock for the next dose. The current doc on duty has suggested I go to the emergency room if taking two more vicadens doesn't help in 3 hours or so. OR manage till the pharmacy opens for some anti-imflamatory drugs.
OK.... I'm done. Sorry but it is less painful when I am boring everyone with my complaints. Kidding

.
I have called my GP describing this, they called my cancer doc who did not call back after leaving a message saying they would, but no one seems to want to look at this as if something else might be wrong. Everyone is assuming someone else knows what to do .
