If not take a look next time at the new registered new comer. Remember how many are looking for help since you signed up.
For me it is 1093 as of todays date. I know there are many more looking for help.

2004 SCC R.tip 1/4 tongue Oct. 2005 R. Neck SCC cancer/Chemo Cisplatin 2x/8wks. Rad. Removed Jugular vein, Lymph gland & some neck muscle. TX finished 1/20/06... B.Cancer 3/29/07 Finished 6/07 Bi-op 7/15/09 SCC in-situ, laser surgery removed from 1st. sight. Right jaw replacement 11/3/14. 9 yrs cancer free as of Jan. 2015

BTW - re the Instant Graemlins - hearts would be nice but I would also like to see that cute little dancing graemlin because that's what I feel like doing when I see even the smallest sign of progress!

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.

As to the gremlins, we can't add them. And while it may not seem like much, little animated gifs would just slow the board down more than things already are. We are moving the server site of the OCF website next month, and buying additional server capacity and an upgrade to the message board software. ($$$!!) Hopefully we will see things on the message board run faster then.

One positive is that those needing help and support are finding extraordinary help here at OCF. You all are part of an amazing community that has helped so many through some very tough times.

1. more people know about the site, or
2. People are getting diagnosed early and the numbers are going up as a reflection of that!
Every number has a silver lining.....er something like that
