Ok so I was found to have half the level of testosterone I should. I started going to a "wound care" dr for my HBO treatments and he's got me on Androgel now. I've been on it the last two days and had two days where I actually felt "normal" I don't know if that's the steroids if they've "taken effect" that quickly or if it's the HBO or the beautiful weather. Any which way it is I hope it stays, the fatigue syndrome is driving me crazy.

Eric, My son put me onto drinking Muscle Milk a couple of times a day about an hour before exercising. He alkso gave me one of the heavy rubber bands that you stand on and pull up tp at least your ears. I do it to the top of those things. LOL,, At 1st I only did ten, when I found out it isn't as easy as it looks, but hard to do. NOw I do 20 repetitions at a time and do them no less than 4 times a day. I do 25 to 30 one time each daily too. It works and builds you up. As you can see by my posts, I have to keep usy all day bt after awhile, your body gets into the routine. My arm muscle is coming back and the hangin fat has almost disappeared too. LOL if I had teeth, I owuld look human again. Try it and I bet you will feel better and have more go power.

Jim - What's the name of that "giant rubber band" and where did you (or your son?) get it? THANKS!

Lost, they are just resistance bands and walmart or a local sports store should carry them. I have a set and I'm seeing if I can bring them into my hbo tx with me as they are just plastic, foam and rubber. Issue is I just haven't had the umpf even to do those...like today it's all I can do to get out of bed and I'm too nauseous to swallow my egcg and ginseng.

It took me a few tries Eric, but after the 1st success it's no problem now and I do feel much better. Good luck fellow, you can do it.
