I also would like to know the name of the cream. I have precancerous lesions on my feet, some of which have recently turned to SCC. My dermatologust keeps cutting them off, but there are too many and they are spreading. This cream sounds like what I need.
Thanks, Eileen

Paint and ceiling samples can be sent to labs for analysis if you suspect that. The immune system (and genetics) obviously plays a large role in it. Basically the theory is that anything that acts as an irritant can cause a mutation. That's why, for that small group without a definitive reason, the cause can be so elusive. If we really understood all of the reasons for cancer we would have had a cure by now.

As many have eluded to in this thread it could be a multitude of things and possibly a combination of these things. There is not always a black and white answer. The human body repairs and replicates billions of cells every day and does an incredible job at it. The error margin in normal cell replacement has an error margin of less tha 0.0000000000000000001 % (these zeros are not arbitrary I did the math.)Most of these errors do not lead to anything more than unnoticeable inconspicous changes between neighboring cells. On occasion an error can cause a catastophic change in the cell and lead to a process of events that eventually cause malignant cancer. Your bodies immune system eliminates and or destroys millions of rougue (potentially cancer cells) every day...wow. Every once in a while one gets through. To say that this process is 99% successful would be catastrophic. If a 99% sucess rate were acceptable that would mean that every single day over 300 planes would crash, over three hundred thousand cars would be in accidents and more than one million pedestrians would be injured in car accidents!! So your body is more than a hundred million times more efficient than 99%. If you can find out the why and what and eliminate it that is wonderful but, if after asking and looking you come up lacking just remember on rare occasions bad things happen to good people. Just my 5 cents worth. Cheers, Mike

I just had cancer removed form my tongue and the situation is not over. I dont smoke or drink, can run the 100 in 12 sec, 5 times in a row,( Im 52), eat healthy , no family history of any kind of cancer and my HPV screen came back neg on like 16 strains . The list of possible contributors is long. The ones Im working on are: plastic byproducts,( I have been drinking out of picknick cups for 25 years because I dont like to do dishesgoing to glass like normal people), dental fillings, Ive got a mouth full of them going to get patch tested (Mayo Clinic found 80% of nonsmoker/nondrink oral cancer folks were allergic to metals in their fillings in one test series), better oral hygiene, eating more fruits and veges. And any other simple change I may learn about that could possibly be contributing. One doctor tested me for vitamin D deficiency but that was way off base. Don't beat yourself up. Pete has the right perspective (in more ways than one). You simply could not beat my diet for the last 20 years (organic, 99% vegetarian, home cooked, etc) nor exercise routine : running (nice times you posted btw. I'm still proud of my 3:15 Marathon time and 33 min 10K) and fitness. Never got a cold, nor flu, nor headache. Last surgery was before college (arm broken in high school "red dog" pileup on me for clotheslining a far too larger opponent) Haven't eaten any sugar or honey or high fructose corn syrup for 15 years. Do Yoga, Pilates, meditation and think as positive as all get out. Result: very aggressive cancer. First I have an answer (at least I've been told that) when I'm asked 1 million times "what caused your cancer?".
Secondly look at the odds I beat to get my cancer according to Dr Mike's math.
So why can't I be lucky enough to win the Powerball?

It likely wasn't there when you were born... You DID win a MAJOR lottery -- You won extra years -- Priceless and almost tax-free (you do have to pay the taxes on the extra earnings from your extended life!). BTW, did you realize that the gummint has actually figured a way to tax our DREAMS? To dream about winning the lottery, you have to buy a lottery ticket!

The first question that everyone asks me is "were you a smoker?". I just tell them yes and move on. Today is what I can spend energy on. I'm a big fan of Dr Dwyer and Pulling Your Own Strings is one of my bedside books that I re-read portions of often. Don't worry about what you can do nothing about. Patty
