3 cups whole milk (I use our goat's milk) six eggs (fresh from the chickens) 3-5 Tablespoons sugar (I use brown for more richness) 1 to 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract nutmeg
In a steep-sided bowl, blend with an egg beater (electric mixer) the six eggs until foamy. Add the milk and sugar continuing to mix until it starts to thicken (about four minutes). Add the vanilla extract and nutmeg and mix well.
Pour into a quart jar and put it in the fridge. I put a rubber band and cellophane (Saran Wrap) on it, and continue to recycle the jars.

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
