Thanks I think part of my problem is yes one tension and another is the fact that I am a side sleeper just love curling up it is comforting unfortunately since this surgery I have to sleep on my back proped up cause when I sleep on my side it hurts my face and I wake up extremely swollen and sore...Meditation works but I find I have to have quiet to do this and last night I got a chance to try it and actually slept...I took some graval too helped to make me sleepy...
I am amazed at the number of people who have had trouble sleep post surgery I understand pre surgery cause of anxieties and such.
