One soup that may be the easiest to eat is wonton soup. The broth isnt spicy and its very thin so its easy to swallow. If you soak fried noodles then they will slide right down without much chewing. The wonton noodles are very thin and also dont require very much effort.
I eat it every day. Hope this helps others who struggle to eat.

Made for a cheap lunch, 0.99 for a cup of soup and 0.99 for a small fried noodle.
