Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 2,019 | Here's another yummy, high cal, and VERY easy to make creamy soup I just tried.
Blend together:
1 package of frozen spinach souffle, thawed (not cooked)
1 can of cream of potato soup
1.5 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat to boiling and serve.

Both of the recipes you posted sound yummy! I plan to try them - only problem is that my husband needs to eat high-calorie things and I don't. His swallowing problems are improving since I last posted about them but these sound like they would cause no problems. Plus, I'm vegetarian and these would be terrific for both of us.
I'll post a good recipe for butternut squash soup in the next few days.
