Well I made i through the day !! Gabrielle's surgery is over. They ended up taking 11 teeth. She is in good spirits and dosent seem to be feeling that bad. She did get sick , due to anestisia and the amount of blood she is swallowing ,

I did Well today ...well until I went in with her to wait for the Gas to kick in and her to fall asleep...Yea Not so much ..we don't fall right asleep from that stuff..It was like a seen outta the exorcist,,very upseting...thrashing and trying to get up and her eyes with huge it was almost like she couldnt breathe, they were holding her down and telling me it was NORMAL..

so of course They removed me from the room and the whole time during surgery I was paranoid she wasnt OK ! LOL..

But she was and she is !! And if the Node swells alot again then we biopsy , now the other side is swollen, so I still dont know.

But the hard (or one of the hard parts ) part is over and I can go get my biopsy now ..or see what they want to do anyhow !!

Thanks to all of you for being there !

Sharlee,

I can't imagine the scene you described being NORMAL but hey, what do us normal people know !! I also don't believe the docs when they tell us that they can take this bone or that muscle or that nerve or that blood vessel because WE DON"T NEED THEM ANYWAY !!

Good luck to you both and I hope all turns out perfectly.

So glad Gabrielle is doing okay Shar--I swear these kids are made of rubber!
Now you can concentrate on getting your own issues sorted out a bit whilst waiting for Gab's swelling to go down.
Keep us updated Shar,

Shar, I'm pleased that Gabbys surgery is over, but now young lady take care of Shar and do what is needed to heal yourself. I'm sure Gabby will be fine and we want you to be fine for her and your other children.. I would hate to come there and put a hurting on you... LOL J/K

Shar,

What you described is fairly common and I am surprised that they let you stay in the room at all. Kind of reminds me of the scenes on the TV show ER where the loved ones are allowed to stay in the room, ask questions and basically see everything that is going on. It's just plain not a good idea.

I'm happy that this ordeal is now over and I hope that both of you find answers for your current problems real soon.
