Don't know if this had anything to do with the radiation or not but whenever I bend my head down, I get a tingling sensation that goes the whole way down my back. Went to a massage therapist but that didn't help and she couldn't give me an explanation for the cause. Anyone else ever experienced this? Should I tell my doctor and can anything be done to stop this weird feeling?

Mine I think has finally gone I think. Have a look at this thread: http://www.oralcancerfoundation.org.../get_topic/f/12/t/000180/p/1.html#000000 Cheers! Tizz

Thanks Tizz for the link to the thread. Now I can relax a little. I've got my three month pet scan and visit coming up mid-Nov. I'm nervous about that too, does it get easier with time to calm down before a check up?

Barbara, it does get somewhat easier over time but I still get a little worried before dr. visits. One day at a time....

I had the same thing. The first time it happened it freaked me right out. I was driving nd dropped something. I looked down and ZZZZZZZAAAAAPPP! I thought oh well here we go again. Then I found out from the fine folks here that it is normal. There is a french name for it although I cant remember what it is, it is normal. Take care Robert
