Now I can make more nutritious foods, and start making enough to try my hand at canning some prepared stuff. That might be helpful if we have another power outage like after last year’s hurricane. Hot water bath my fruits and veggies, pressure can any mixtures with animal proteins. Been reading up and there’s no reason to believe the purées and liquified won’t behave the same way as I’ve done in the past.
If I can my own, then I know exactly what’s in it.
Thank you again!

I’m putting everything thing in here, mangos, bananas, papaya, powdered peanut butter, oat milk, found some powdered organic açaí berries on markdown clearance bought it all.
This morning sausage, eggs ( from my backyard chickens), hash browns, a few cherry tomatoes from the garden, and some organic bread (a few extra carbs).
With all the carby stuff and fruit maybe I can start putting a few pounds back on. Been adding some avocado oil and olive oil to meals as well. Get too full them wanna take a snooze.
I can thin stuff out drink a bit and get a little taste, that’s nice. My Dr thinks I can learn to swallow with more control when I get the palate drop prosthetic, eventually lose the tube. Always have to blend though. It’s a goal.
Wishing us all good health into to the future.
