It seems to come and go, but it's pretty severe. He is staying well hydrated. Any thoughts of other causes and or remedies.

Could be his blood pressure being on the low side or any number of things. Make sure you let the doctor know about it tomorrow.
Every single day make sure he is taking in at the very least 2500 calories and 48-64 oz of water. This will help him to get thru it easier. I'm still worried about the decision to skip chemo but all the docs at Hopkins are very encouraged about my husbands progress. His case was evidently used by his Radiology Oncologist at a recent seminar. We are still cautiously optimistic that this whole thing will be behind us soon.
