What my son yelled in a loud voice, across the parking lot of Target when an acquaintance/friend of his saw him, and seeing his bald head, mouthed the words "What Happened?" (He had shaved it all off after a few Rad Tx bald spots appeared.
I felt really bad for the friend. Her mouth fell open and she looked so bewildered. I didn't make any comment to my son because it seemed he was taking control which he needed to do after enduring the torment of treatment.
