Rather you than me. Have fun, Tammy

I'm not sure where you are in treatment (noted as pending) and when you plan to go. But if it is during treatment or shortly thereafter your doctor may advise you to wait until your are more healed.
I still love roller coasters, my husband doesn't and my kids are too old to go with me, so it has been a while since I've been on one. Enjoy!

Be warned though... treatment will be the scariest and toughest roller coaster ride you've ever been on.
Positive thoughts and prayers,

It also depends on the type of neck dissection you had. A radical neck dissection, RND, bedsides removing the lymph nodes in levels II-V, also removes the neck muscle, vein and nerve, so there is no stability. Another factor is some have a weaker carotid artery from radiation and or surgery from manipulation or scraping the tumor off the artery, and I had alloderm to put over to protect it, due to no neck muscle, and more recently a pec flap, whereby the alloderm was peeked off.
A few months ago, while going home in car service from the doctor, the driver stopped suddenly, jerking my head forward and backward, and immediately felt a jolt in my neck where I had three neck dissections. It got worse later on, and could not turn my head at all. This lasted well over a month, and was worried of any damage to my neck, and can imagine what a roller coaster ride may do.
Maybe ask your ENT.

The only trouble I have is holding my head up for long periods of time like if I'm in the tub.

In 1994 I found a 3cm tumor on my right tonsil. After 3 rounds of chemo, I underwent a radical neck dissection with a peck flap. I had a reoccurance which required twice a day radiation treatments and then had 19 years cancer free. I then found a very small tumor on my right tonsil. It was removed. Then I found a 1 cm mass near the base of my tongue on the left side. I had two partial glossectomys with bad margins and then then underwent Brachytherapy.
