Strange things happening since Paul's passing on 1/23. Paul was a huge Seinfield fan. His favorite quote from the "Marine Biologist" was "the sea was angry that day my friends." We put that on his funeral card. The day after his memorial service, my daughter was on her way home and saw a brand new billboard advertising Seinfied. These are only re-runs and haven't been advertised in years. After she called and told me, I was telling to my friend about it about an hour later, and as we were talking, I looked at the TV out of the corner of my eye and Seinfeld was on. I thought that was really odd as I usually don't even watch that channel and am not a Seinfield fan. As we were talking, I looked at the TV again and realized it was the same episode as the favorite quote we had put on his funeral card. I really think he was up there messin with us! LOL What are the odds out of all the episodes that the one he always quoted would be on TV right then?

Bottom line.........not matter what your religion or none, I really think our loved ones are watching out over us.

You are so right about Paul - he was sending a message that he is still with you. My son, who drowned while on vacation in Cancun Mexico (29-years old) sent me a message that was just out of the blue. I was lying on my sofa with my little doggie watching TV one evening (months after the drowning), and not even thinking of him, when I thought I saw a movement on the other side of the room by French doors leading to the balcony. They had blinds closed, I looked, saw nothing, and then I felt a slight breeze go by my face and smelled the smell my son had when he showered, his soap. The scent was really strong, and I didn't even have that type soap in my condo. It made me smile! I am sure he had come to visit me. Like your episode, there is absolutely no way to explain it other than what it was: Paul was sending a message that he is still with you. grin xx

Diane - Of course - I totally agree. Paul is with you, loving you and comforting you. I've had too many things happen to me with passed-on love ones to believe otherwise. One of my earliest moments was when I was expecting my third child and way past due. I had a favorite uncle named Paul who had died of cancer several years earlier and I hadn't thought of him in a long while. One evening before I fell asleep, and worried about when my baby would finally make an appearance, my uncle Paul came to me in a dream and all he said was that I would deliver a baby boy in one week. Exactly one week later, to the hour, my son was born. Of course we named him Paul (see my signature below).
