I am more than happy to answer any questions and do anything I can to help anyone I can. I am a survivor and believe me when you are first diagnosed the best that could happen to you is to immediately talk to someone thats been where you are going.
I was diagnosed in September of 2005 with Stage IV SCC with the cancer in my right tonsil and had spread to the nodes. I am exactly 7 years out tonight, Xmas Eve, from finishing treatment.
I am here to help. | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,844 Patient Advocate (1000+ posts) | Patient Advocate (1000+ posts) Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,844 | Well welcome aboard Ron and as I like to say...Happy Birthday!
Thank you for plugging in and helping those behind you on this crazy journey we call Oral Cancer.

Did anyone ever test your cancer slides back then. I know I had to fight with Moffitt to send my slides to Dr Maura Gillison then at JH.
