I finished HBO a few weeks ago. Now, I have a hole in the floor of my mouth on the right side. it does not hurt all the time, but occasianally it will feel like someone is sticking me with a needle, and then that pain will shoot up to my ear. It is intermittent. I did notice that hole during HBO, but it was not very big. It is still not very big, but has grown some in the last few weeks. I hate to always go see my Drs if it is nothing. I am staying calm about this one. Is this something that can wait until my next appt. in April or should I try to get in next week during spring break? Have any of you ever experience a hole forming and not a lump that was C.

Hi Angelia, if I was you I'd give your doctor a call to have a chat about it. When Steve first admitted to me that something was wrong the way he described it was there was a hole under his tongue. Now I don't know if that's just how he described it or if that's what actually was there, he has never let me see. I don't want to scare you or anything and I'm by no means medically educated but please give your doctor a call to have this checked. If only to ease your mind. Hoping and praying that it's nothing.
