OP Patient Advocate (1000+ posts) Joined: May 2009 Posts: 1,412 | I finished HBO a few weeks ago. Now, I have a hole in the floor of my mouth on the right side. it does not hurt all the time, but occasianally it will feel like someone is sticking me with a needle, and then that pain will shoot up to my ear. It is intermittent. I did notice that hole during HBO, but it was not very big. It is still not very big, but has grown some in the last few weeks. I hate to always go see my Drs if it is nothing. I am staying calm about this one. Is this something that can wait until my next appt. in April or should I try to get in next week during spring break? Have any of you ever experience a hole forming and not a lump that was C.
