But then, within 1/2 hour, my teeth look dark and dingy the rest of the day. My teeth were never that dark before I started the fluoride. My rad doc did inform me, however, that my teeth would stain from the treatments, so I am not shocked by it. I just don't feel like I have a nice smile anymore and was wondering.......Is it safe to have teeth whitening done either with trays or lazer whitening after radiation treatments to the head and neck? If so, are there any negative side effects from whitening? Thanks!

How DO you stay in such good spirits after all you've been through!? You say your teeth got so white they disappeared. Do you mean from fluoride treatments? Or are you joking there? Anyway, what do you mean by the doctor said that was a no no?

There are numerous brands available, so ask you dentist, but as a reference I am using a 1.1% Sodium Fluoride product called Neutra Maxx 5000 Gel.

I am tempted but after I think about it I decide I don't need any more pain or problems. You need a more femine number that 007 LOL lets go for 008 because it has a curvy boby in the right places.

Get a prescription from your dentist. He wrote mine for 100 refills and each tube lasts a month or so so I won't need another one for some time. Mine is Cypress Sodium 1.1 and I have never had any problems at all with it.
