Myself Prakash from India and i had pan masala chewing,drinking,smoking from 7 yrs. recently i had a visit to the doctor and they said its a starting stage of cancer i.e submucous fibrosis. i have bumps(pimples like things) which are medium in size at the back of my throat on the tongue.i dont have any problems in eating,speaking,swallowing but have some problem when i eat spicy food(burning sensation).i feel uncomfortable and irritation thats it
please tell me how to diagnose it correctly and is there any treatment for the same .

But there is only one way to determine if you have oral cancer and that is by a biopsy of the suspected cells. NO ONE can visually confirm cancer, I don't care how many years they have been practicing.
Regardless of what else you do please stop ALL OF THE ABOVE. No more pan masala, tobacco or alcohol.
