I've been putting them on the back burner lately and felt like I was going to implode. I think it's the normal process of things, but it still sucks.
  I walked to our little hang-out with some friends last night and really enjoyed myself. I have a more positive outlook now and hopefully that will stay around for a while.
  The power of friends! I hope everyone else is having a good day as well. ((((HUGS))))

Caregiver Husband Bob SCC tongue t2nomo Partial Glosectomy/neck disection 6/04  rad ending 9/23/04 Osteoradio-necrosis of the Mandible (ONJ) DX 6/09 Surgery 7/2/09  mandible resection/ several teeth extracted/ neck dissection NO FLAP and aggressive antibiotic therapy.

Bill . . . SCC - originated in right tonsil, drifted into neck ( 28 lymph nodes removed - one positive ). Radical neck dissection in September 07, completed 34 radiation tx on January 4, 2008. Used Peg. Non smoker, 61, good shape, no previous health issues. Second year PET scan - "all clear".

Even thought I am 5 months out, my emotions are still all over the place.  You are a not alone.
