My husband didn't remember much at all about his stay and nothing at all about the week and a half in the SICU. Hopefully this will be the case for Christine!

cg to husband, 48 Stage 1V head and neck SCC. First surgery 9/07. Radiation and several rounds of chemo followed. Mets to chest and lungs. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." Went home to God on February 22, 2009.

I still have at least 9 months of LOST in SPACE that I know absolutelt nothing about. This was the pre seed implants. The day I woke up unil now is pretty good. I hope it's just the days Christine was out that are blank. Sure miss her and her posts on here.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Thanks Travis, Maybe it's best she doesn't remember anything about it. That was a standard answer i got from the Drs and whoever else I asked. I bet your mom will be posting within 3 days after she is awake. My hero that lady is.
