But I am still confused. This specialist told me that if I had all my teeth removed I would not be able to get dentures, but I understood from another doctor that I could. Any ideas please.
SCC Base of tongue stage 4. 10 hour operation Radical neck dissection and hemiglossectomy 23/10/06 35 Rad treatments and 3 high dose Cistplatin Dec 06 - Feb 07. Ex casual smoker 6 to 8 a day - casual drinker. Very fit and diet conscious.

My insurance payed 100% for my dentures. I dont see why they say you cant have dentures.
Dx Mar 07 with Base Of Tongue Stage IV. IMRT 35x with 3 doses Cysplatin ran concurrent. Tx ended May 31,07. Left and right node involved. Radical neck disection 7/18/07
