Sweetpea, I wonder if taking so many percs is making you immune to them. I have been taking them for 11 years and 12 would last me 6 days or more. I have to be really hurting to take one and then I usually cut it in half. They still help with the pain if I take them whole. I'm supposed to take 8 a day, but never have, or 2 every 4 hours.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
