Ask for a scripted fluoride toothpaste. I use my fluoride trays, but I like to use the scripted fluoride toothpaste if my mouth gets sore for some reason. Sometimes my tongue seems swollen and it rubs against the trays. The toothpaste also comes in handy for trips. Easier to use and I don't have to worry about loosing my trays.
