Joined: May 2008 Posts: 219 | Rita, I have shown this to 2 Dr.'s and neither one seems concerned, only me, the one that is is itching and spreading. The only new medicine I have taken is Anzemet which is for nausea. I was told to use aloe on it which I have been doing and it has stopped the itching a lot of the time but it hasn't cleared up. Before the aloe I was using the benedryl cream and that seemed to help but it didn't clear it up either, so I will just have to give it a few more days and see if it gets any worse. Thanks, Angel
SCC left tonsil, tonsillectomy with additional tissue removed 06/10/08, a few teeth on top left side removed 09/05/08,recurrence before treatment started at BOT and tonsil area, 35 IMRT treatments began 10/15/08, and Cisplatin IV (began10/16/08) weekly for duration of radiation.
