I can't tell you if your cancer or treatment are keeping you awake but I can tell you that I quit smoking 5 weeks ago and haven't slept worth a damn unless I take a sleeping pill. I was attributing it to the Champix so I stopped taking it but I still can't sleep. Had the same problem the last time I tried quitting.
