It's usually better if you edit your Signature Line by going to the tab My Stuff at the top and go to My Profile. See mine as an example. Once you do that everyone that reads any post you make will understand where you are coming from. Without more info on your specifics I can only say that if we have nodal involvement with our cancer (oral Cancer) it is located in either side of our neck and sometimes both but I have never seen it spread first to the arm pits. There are a few things that can cause nodal swelling but I would get them checked out by someone who is qualified to diagnose your symptoms.
