I know that regular life insurance is out of the question. Thank goodness I had some (and do you ever have enough)but I was
told by someone that getting mortgage insurance was almost
a plus for the lender. It is actually a help to both parties.

Usually, you get this when you first get your mortgage, not after
you have had one for awhile, like mine. I just don't want my husband to be so stuck if anything should happen. I am having
one of those times when I am thinking alot about the future of my familiy. I will get over it another day. But, I hate to call my
mortgage co and spill the beans, so to speak.
I will call someone and investigate and get back. I just thought
someone on hear might be in the mortgage business.
