When I was working on a theme park in Tokyo, two of the contractors threw a big party for us and, with great ceremony and ritual, cracked open a box of sake. I am not a fan of sake at all, but it was fantastic. Very smooth and easy to drink. Lots of people drank a lot more of it than I did!
