there is no easy way with this disease.There is the right way and the wrong way,and you sure dont sound as if you have found the right way yet.

I think it maybe time to find one of these specialised cancer centres that you have in america,and try to get some straight answers.Personally ,withou clear margins ,and so close to the bone,i know i wouldnt be happy with watch and see.
