The pretreatment for radiation, ethyol, caused quite a dip in Neil's pressure and it has been low ever since. He had his last rad in December but I know some chemo does it also. The cisplatin seemed to be the worst for that. He is almost back to normal now-blood pressure anyway. I have always had low pressure even back in the pregnant days and still get dizzy at times. I was told to get in extra water to help with that. Sue
cg to husband, 48 Stage 1V head and neck SCC. First surgery 9/07. Radiation and several rounds of chemo followed. Mets to chest and lungs. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." Went home to God on February 22, 2009.
