I have a more achey neck and shoulders which is probably related to the neck dissection. Other than the fact that I got out of shape during treatment and had to regain some muscle as I healed, I can't say I have noticed other muscle aches.

Here's another "not a big deal" one that was brought home to me on a recent hike. Ever since chemo, I have noticed that my sense of balance is not quite what it was. It's not that I'm unsteady on my feet in normal circumstances but, for example, am much less steady when hiking up or down a steep rocky trail where sure-footedness is necessary. Even going down steep or slippery stairs--I'm a bit slower and shakier and if I loose my balance, less able to recover it. Cold be just age I suppose but I'm guessing it is somehow related to the cisplatin.
