The hair on the back of your neck will grow back but I still don't have to shave under my chin and probably will never have to again.

This recovery period is going to be just as rough or rougher in it's own way than the Tx if you let it get to you. The recovery is soooooo slow and the improvements are sooooo small that it will drive you crazy. Remember it's not like recovering from the flu which takes days. This recovery takes years.
