I think it will take some convincing of a lot of us that have OC, that this is anything worth considering. I was in one study and will never volunteer again. Almost got my years that I have left to enjoy. Good luck to your friends hubby and I hope like hell he beats it again for a few more years or better yet, forever.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
