If you look in the PDR or get the doctor's package insert, you will see that the vast majority of these "side effects" occur in less than 1% of the population taking the medication, and many of them could not be attributed to the medication conclusively, as the number of those on a placebo reported similar instances/rates of the same symptom in tests blind tests.
