This is a patient sheet for the drug. If you look in the PDR or get the doctor's package insert, you will see that the vast majority of these "side effects" occur in less than 1% of the population taking the medication, and many of them could not be attributed to the medication conclusively, as the number of those on a placebo reported similar instances/rates of the same symptom in tests blind tests.
