I assume you are at Hopkins for this. Where is the retropharyngeal area in relation to the larynx? Above, below, behind thyroid, where? I'll have to look that up. I am so sorry this is happening to you again. Your doctor hasn't given up so don't you either. If it were me, I would want those biopsy results and surgery ASAP. Keep your chin and spirits up. You're gonna beat this.
