OH!!!!Thanks so much. I always thought the guy at the pub used lamb. I have never cooked with lamb, but I bet that's the secret. I will try this right away! Thanks so much for taking the time to type all of it!!
Did you try the graham crackers and milk? SUch a treat and so easy to swallow!

Partial mandibulectomy and neck dissection 2/3/07. T2NOMO.
Had 14 hour operation which included reconstruction of jaw.
Reconstruction failed. Some radiation, no chemo.
