I have never heard of the neck getting better over time. In fact, I was told just the opposite, that I needed to keep stretching to make sure it didn't get worse. My neck is very stiff and hard on the left side, side of ND, and under my chin has gotten worse over the past year. I know it will stay like this for the rest of my life and I've adjusted. My doc told me the same thing they told Tim, it's fibrosis and scarring and is permanant.
