At night, I brush my teeth with Biotene toothpaste and then apply the Prevident gel with my toothbrush. I then hop into bed and read for about an hour, swishing the stuf around occasionally and then spit it out.

I have the trays, but when I first started using them during radiation removing them was causing nausea, so I never got into the habit.

The dentist charges almost $20 for a tube of Prevident, but the pharmacy only charges $3 with my prescription plan (Medco).
