Nelie the mouth spray sounds like something my husband would like to try. Biotene is great and there is also a Biotene toothpaste that my husband uses yes it's in walmart and also CVS and Brooks pharamacies. The last couple of days he has really started with the dry mouth were before it was just lots of mucuos and constantly spitting. We have put a humidifier in the bedroom and that has helped with the dryness at night.
