(which by the way might be handy as in "well mr. customer/investor, we managed to loose your entire life savings but.....here's a good one so you feel better)  I am sure there are OVER 2000 people trying to bend their neck enough to see if this "spasm" happens and the mental image of that is quite the picture!
Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.
