Hey Bob! I'm 42. During chemo I had no mojo, not even morning riser. It has come back & works fine, I'm glad to say! My only complaint is no staying power like I used to have, but it is a good 15-30 seconds, ha ha! The wife says she still loves me & it's ok! What else can she say?Maybe something to do with the catheter I had during surgery recovery. I know urination is different. Going in the middle of the night I feel like I have a bottomless bladder! So many changes, huh? Part of our new normal I guess. No idea about sperm count, I had vasectomy years ago after my 3rd daughter was born. Hope it comes back for you guys! See ya! Erik
