Fresh pasta with homemade pesto sauce, and fresh grated parmasan cheese. Olive oil dripping down my chin, enough garlic to scare off dracula, heaven. Calories off the scale.... Stick with the meat
Ok the expression "know your onions" springs to mind.
We have onions, spring onions, spanish onions, pickled onions, shallots, red onions. Don't care onions are good I can still taste them.
