Hi, Saw my ENT today, you have to be careful what you ask him because he WILL give you the answer. I said i do not think they put me out enough when you did this operation. He said I told them you were going to remember you were to alert! He said this is the safe way to do this, semi alert they put tubes and trach etc. in, then knock you out. They give you versed to make you forget.(Thanks for that word Danny). The Doctor said make sure i tell them next time that I remembered a lot from the operation. Not enough versed the problem. My Doctor is so excited about me. Every thing is in line and no infection. The inside of my mouth is so normal one would not guess it is from all other parts of my body. Actuall my foot is the only thing I do not have in my mouth, but I guess will work on that myself.Sorry, had to do that.I will have to wait 3 months or more before we can move on to plastic surgery. The metal bar need to grow flesh in and around it. It feels good to know no one will be messing with me for three months or more.A nice quiet summer I hope. For all of us.
