Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | Barb and I had a nice day and it made me feel so good. We picked up her Daughter samantha then went to finish Barb getting a new car. We stopped to eat before we went to WalMart and Barb noticed my tongue was white and the front part was red. It hurts like crazy, so when I got home I checked it in the bathrom mirror. It has a lump on the right side, the left is where I had surgery. The lump is fairly large and looks like my tongue has swollen again. This sure has the fear in me right now and tomorrow I'm Calling Dr Ozer to see if he checked the PetScan I mailed him Monday. I hope he will tell me what he saw on it. Anyone have a shoulder I can use? I hope I'm not in the 50% that never see 5 yrs. Luv You All... Jim
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
