In the medical business they need to "tune her up" before they will proceed with surgery. This is pretty common when there is cardiac issues involved. The cardiologists and surgeons will have to work through this.

Is she at a CCC, can they do radiation and chemo only? Has that been offered as an option. Oftentimes radiation and adjunctive chemo is the firstline treatment for BOT cancer.
