Question? Does anyone know if a ct scan is as good or better than having a barium swallow?

Also, Im still very confused as if I should continue to see a doctor in reference to the problems I been having.

I have had in the last few months two biopsies, an ENT look down my throat with a scope and a CT scan of my neck. Al these results did come back normal. But, I know have this lump feeling in the back of my throat. It is at the far back and when i move my tongue back and fourth i can feel something there.

Both the ent and my primary doctor think it is caused from stress and anxiety. But i am a very heavy smoker and dont know if i should just dismiss this or continue to get checked.

Are the there any other test anyone would recommend I have or should i just go see a shrink?

What should i do?
