Well, I would definitely breathe easier if they said the ct scan results came back normal. Whenever my doctor's discuss my scans with me, even since the beginning, they have shown me the ct scans and pointed out the areas of concern. Had yours done this with you, you would have known for sure if the throat has been covered.

In my case, since my original tumor was supraglottis, I'm sure that they are most definitely scanning the neck.

In your case, I would say, if you really want to know where they scanned, just put a call into the doctor that ordered it. Even if you can't speak directly to him/her, the nurse or any resident assisting him can tell you exactly the area scanned.
