I also had modified radical neck dissection to the right side of my neck.

I have experienced problems with my right ear having fluid building up. This has caused my right ear to feel "stopped up". My ENT said that
this could be a side affect to the radiation and that in most cases it will get better.

In fact, in the past two or three weeks, my ear seems to be "clearing" a lot better.

However, please ask your doctor for an explaination for your specific case.
